Frame: Chroma - I measure it at 19" but think the official size is 18.5

I'd seriously consider the postage option, I know it may seem off putting if you've never done it but, any decent LBS would give you a bike box, @biggs682 is the master when it comes to boxing them up, and he can advise on inexpensive courier options too

the issue there is even an inexpensive courier is likely to be the same as the actual bike! (Sent one previously for ebay)
