As new - original owner took a few pics but no real usage at all.
Comes with 2 new batteries, 4GB Kingston Micro SD card, USB connector and CD.
Good bit - easy camera to use (point and pray!) and surprisingly good quality. Marketed as waterproof to 3M for underwater use as well.

Bad points - the USB connection goes through the battery compartment which means that the batteries fall out. Also the USB plug is a bit tight -presumably it will be ok with a bit of usage.
