For 1&1/8 steerer and 31.8 bars.
Reasonable condition but odd marks and lacquer loss.
Uses small torx screws which are are reasonable, but known for being quite soft.
Note the design is a 220 degree opening. In order to fit to the bars handlebar tape needs to be partially removed from one side, the stem fitted in the narrow part of the bar, before being slid back to the centre.
