Note, this isn't my trike, this is my husband's - he's going back to the world of upright cycling.
This is the Trice QNT ('Narrow Track') version. It's four years old so is pre-suspension although it still rides very well. Trice are made by Inspired Cycle Engineering who have a brilliant customer service record and make some very nice trikes.
It has 27 gears, Shimano Deore 9sp cassette at the back (11/12/14/16/18/21/24/28/32 teeth), Campagnolo Veloce chainrings at the front (52/42/30 teeth), giving gear range of 18.5" to 93".

It also has a few extras including mirrors both sides, rear rack, front mudguards, cateye cycle computer, flag (if wanted). It will come with SPD pedals.

We are the third owners and believe that the trike has done about 3,800 miles. Mine has done 15,000 miles and is still in excellent shape so they last well anyway.
The only thing to note is that James had to repaint the bottom when some of the paint scraped away and he couldn't get an exact colour match. You can't see the bottom when you're riding, of course, but I have photographed it below. Sorry the photos aren't great but I can't seem to find our good camera so this is the cheapo one.
Dimensions: 1.8 metres long, 76cm wide. As this is the Narrow Track version it's narrower than the standard one (that I have) and I would say that a woman whose hips are size 18 or higher may find it difficult to turn sharp corners due to the lack of width with the handlebars. This wouldn't be an issue for chaps with their overall narrower hips.
This trike is currently set up for a 5'10 chap; if someone shorter buys it then its length will reduce as the boom is pushed in. It can of course be extended for taller people.
Trikes are brilliant fun and particularly in the snow. Just think, if you bought this trike you could have been out in all the dodgy weather we had recently. Here is James cycling it in February in the snow:

And the price for this marvellous beastie? Well we think £1,000 is a fair price.
