These are the 10-speed FC-6703 model offering concealed cable runs for gears and brakes.
I've just bought these as second hand, but are already surplus to requirements as I ended up buying a complete Ultegra group set.
I have not used these or fitted them, but here is a description from the seller I bought them from….
So these are quite new, but one of them is marked, presumably from where the seller packed them and the cable had rubbed against the lever. The mark can be seen on the shifter on the left in the photo (just below the ‘U’).
