Two of us intend to do a 2 day ride from Pontypridd to West Wales,stopping at Llandovery on way. We are not very experienced cyclists but the daily distances do not really concern us too much. However, most of our rides have been on fairly flat routes in South Wales and we are unsure just how difficult this journey will be.
Would welcome any feedback/advice on the difficulty and the time it is likely to take. The cycle route planners online suggest under 7 hours Ponty - Llandovery but this seems optimistic to me.
