Hi,
anyone used this company - spares2go.co.uk ?? Unfortunately I didn't research them ....
A couple of months ago I paid them £24 over their website for a freezer part (by Debit Card ....).
Status set to "On Back Order" - chased a couple of week later still on back order (replied by email).
Since then three email chasers for refund - no response. Phone number found on net doesn't work....
I believe with Debit Card payment I have no comeback to bank, however, someone must be acception this payment business.
Frustrating! Any hints welcome.
PS. since then I found a supplier who delivered the part next day ....
