Just got a set of PD-M520 Pedals they come with SM-SH51 Cleats but my shoes allready have SM-SP55 cleats on (they also have a big M on them onthe back bit).
Do I stick with what I have got or put the new ones on (the old ones are not worn)
I don't know what SM-SP55 cleats are, but the manual that comes with PD-M520s [I've got in front of me cos I just bought some too ] says specifically to only use SM-SH51 or SM-SH56, "other cleats such as SM-SH55 cleats" can't be used; it says that they don't provide enough holding force to be used safely. So presumably if your SP55s are siilar to SH55s then you're out of luck.
Thanks, I think they are actually SH55 not SP55 (they are a bit bashed on the bottom) so I have put the new cleats on the shoes and ridden round the car park with out knocking my teeth out (again!).
lovely to see you and Amy, -had 14 texts today -time for me to grow up I think.
Hope Simon can take time out of work to realise that he wont get this chance with Amy again - and they are sooo fun at that age!
