Got these from eBay but they are too big for me! Brand new with tags (in Specialized bag). They are black lycra cycling shorts with padded insert, Specialized logo Like these

The specialized site says 38-40" waist for XXL

Sounds fairly accurate - you'll also need to be tallish, not going to fit someone less than 6' I'd say
