I receive Sportpursuit alerts, they seem to have pretty good deals from time to time on cycling and other sport/outdoors kit. For example, at the mo, they have Sidi, Santini, Cateye stuff among others
Reliable to buy from?

I ordered some High5 products. Took about 3 months to arrive. Customer service sucked, got vague responses like "it should go out next week", " I'll chase the warehouse again".

Total nonsense. Finally got my package when I threatened to email a director.

Just had a refund for a non-supplied order after querying its status; claimed to be out of stock with the supplier, but why hadn't they let me know then? Suggests that they merely pass on orders to another and take their cut.
Other two orders have been ok, but if you want quick supply, look elsewhere.

I assumed that their returns and exchange policy meant they get a price from someone like Sidl for say xxx units and then heavily promote them at low margin and try and hit the xxx units before the sale times out. If you look most items have at least a week if not more before they ship.

In basic terms they do the deal, but do not buy or keep any stock other than what they have taken orders for. I would guess the poor or zero performance is when they have not taken enough orders to buy at the right price.

Not a bad idea as long as you are 100% sure the size of the various brand defintely fits you, and you are prepared to not recieve it if they do not pre-sell enough

The 2 weeks is taken from the end of the sale date, which I guess can change if, as you say, they don't sell enough units.
Ah well, you live and learn....

I've ordered a few things from them. As previously mentioned, lead times are generally long and a little ambitious. However, quality and price are all good on the items I have ordered. I needed to return some gym tops bought recently which was handled with no quibbles
So, I guess you pay your money you takes your choice. I'm a sucker a bargain!

they do say that they don't dispatch straight away, there is an indication on every product IIRC. Bought some High 5 off them and no problem at all. Quite fancy another pair of Sidi's as they have my size at a very good price.
