I've seen him* around the Westerham area. Usually along Layhams Rd, or Beddlestead Lane.
* Similar kit anyway. Though (in person) looks too young to be the owner of DerVer.

De Ver have club rides on (I think) Saturday morning. It's quite a big crew. Despite being from my least favourite bike shop on the planet bar none.
