Squeaky tyres

I have a squeaky back wheel thats really annoying. Once every revolution there is a loud squeak that is driving me nuts. I have tried different tyres and tubes and dusted the inside with talc to no avail. The wheels are good almost new mavis SUP's so i don't think it's them. Any ideas most welcome .

Perhaps the squeak is coming from the hub or bottom bracket?

Check the rubber seals either side of the hub/axle. These are known to squeak and rub as they rotate on new wheels. They normally shut up as they wear and dry out.

Alternatively it might not be coming from the wheels?

Sorry if I am asking the obvious but the rim isn't buckled and rubbing against the brake blocks is it?

i had a squeak for ages, didnt have a clue where it was coming from....turned out my shoe was rubbing up against pedal arm and making the squeak!!!

It's that conical rubber seal on the non-drive side.
