Steel or titanium frame

I'm looking for a titanium or steel frame/bike in roughly 52cm
I've been looking at Enigma & Genesis but open to other makes.

Look at Sabbath Ti from Spa (or their own brand in steel or Ti)

I'm very fond of my Genesis Eq 725 and would recommend, but depends how much clearance you want

I've got a Sunday bikes silk road ( they became Sabbath after being sued by another company) in size 52 for sale I was planning to sell the complete bike but would consider selling just the frame/forks . I have a Van Nicholas Mistral which I'm keeping and this is the reason for the sale.
