Ok so I Purchased a Crosstail Sports Disc a little over 2 months ago the 2 times I have been in the bike shop I have test rode a road bike and a CX bike.
The question I am asking is weather or not I should change based on the fact I only ever ride on roads however due to my weight I don't feel comfortable on 23mm tyres so I am thinking 32mm may be the way to go and I would like to try my hand on a bike with drop bars.
The only things stopping me ATM is the thought of missing out on hydraulic discs on the 2014 models as its looking like there will be a few with them and that maybe once I get to my goal weight I will be better off on narrower tyres.
I don't want rim brakes as I have some right dodgy hills on my ride and I don't want to lose any confidence.
So should I wait and lose a little more weight and maybe try a road bike again once the 2014 models are out or just do it and buy a CX bike now?

Also what are the advantages and disadvantages of a my bike to say a specialized tricross sport disc

Also has anyone who works for a small business (less than 20 staff) been successful in getting them to join c2w or cyclescheme?
