Just sounding off so move on if your life is too short...^_^

TNT...were supposed to collect a drum kit I sold on ebay...the buyer arranged the courier at his cost...I sat here all day yesterday waiting...getting stuff done but unable to ride...NOTHING...Bravo TNT...
The buyer gives them a well deserved earfull...they squirm and wriggle and rebook for today...still refusing to even try to give a rough time of collection...they seem to think the customer should fit in around them..that customers have nothing better to do than fit their days around them. Pathetic.

So TNT are in my opinion not a 'go to' courier of choice. Beyond hopeless, unfriendly, no idea of customer service or communication whatsoever...almost as good as virgin media:laugh: ...

Why cant they just stick to the time...in fact getting the day would be a good place to start...

(rant done with...move along now...)

Play them at their own game: watch out the window, then when they roll up, pretend not to be in, and don't answer the door

With any courier there's a big difference between what the folks in the office would like the driver to do and what the driver actually does, out on the road!

TNT wrecked a bike I sold on Ebay; tell your buyer to check the package carefully for damage before signing and if he can't, sign for the package as "goods unseen" or something. Tell him not to let the driver hassle him for a signature, they are aways in a big hurry.
