As long as I breathe, I attack.
I average 17 mph over 10 miles with 454 feet of climbing .

Down to around 9 mph on the real "fun" stuff

No traffic lights so i can`t blame that , just carry to much crap essential stuff

Super Stoked here too.

Averaged 20.3 mile/h this morning over just short of 6 miles.

April last year I did 17.2, then 18.9 a while later. Following month did a 19.6. July I got it up to 19.8, but then winter got in the way, winds blew in the wrong direction, traffic didn't give me a break at the right time, and didn't come close for a while.

This year - 18.9 in March, 19.2 last week, and finally today it was warm enough, the wind was in the right direction, and I got some good breaks at roundabouts.

Nice speed vamP!

It's always satisfying when you acheive a goal, even if it's a sub-concious "i'd love to be able to xxx after 2 months etc"

20mph average moving is pretty good regardless of the route, unless you're the guy I pass every week (in the opp. direction lol) who must literally be doing 28-30mph everytime I see him  (most of my commute is rural, so some great stretches for really opening the canons!)

Keep it up

Just found out that I did it with 50psi in my tyres. Now up to 100psi, but will have to wait for my next high speed efforts. Only happen on Fridays when I have cycled in every day that week.

Doubly stoked today!!!!!

Yesterday managed 20 mph moving average over both legs. I had that as my next stage goal, and frankly wasn't sure it would ever happen. Amazed how quickly that has come around.
