Stolen - Pearl custom road bike stolen - Angel

My white custom Pearl road bike was stolen off the bike racks outside the Waitrose in Angel (Liverpool Road) on 11 July 2022 between 7.45pm-10.30pm. Pictures of my dearly beloved are below.

Specs:

• Size: top tube approx. 57 cm
• 9-speed Dura Ace shifters and rear derailleur
• SRAM Rival front derailleur (Shimano double chain ring)
• Ritchey seatpost
• Selle Italia saddle
• SRAM wheels

I know it was foolish of me to think a locking up this bike on a busy street for 3 hours wouldn't invite thieves...I guess my only excuse is that I'm new to the city, having moved from somewhere where bike theft isn't very common.
