Stolen Wheels

Not an exciting pair of wheels, just the basic Rigidia Nova Double Walled 700s with Sora-level Shimano hubs. Front wheel had Conti Ultra Gator Dura whatever 23c and the rear had Shwalbe Blizzard Road.

Out of my shed, off my bike. For some reason yesterday I only locked the frame to the anchor.

I don't expect to see them again, but just wanted somewhere to shout

That is low.
Look out for them on ebay (set up a seach which will email you any new results) + local gumtree etc.

Hence we keep most the bikes in the house and even on my fixie when it is locked up, I secure the wheels.

They will have the steam off your wee. I do hate the fact cycling is subsistence transport (for many) and thieves will still deprive people of this basic, simple transport.

Many never cycle again. And I reckon some even lose their jobs, especially those working on industrial estates 4/5 miles from home with shift patterns that rule out public transport as an alternative.
