Strada Wireless Computer Mount

Anyone know where I can buy one of these? (I just want the bit circled, not the whole second bike setup).
I had the computer fitted to my Hybrid (with 25.4mm diameter bars) and now I want to fit it to my Road bike (with 31.8mm diameter bars).
I made the mistake of cutting off the bit that was sticking out and now it's not long enough to go round the fatter bars, D'ohh
I don't even need the insert bit, just the strap.

Thanks ianjmcd, I'll keep that in mind but I have a real hangup about paying for delivery
With delivery that makes it just shy of £9 for a piece of plastic
Still, like I said, if all else fails I'll have to bite the bullet, thanks again
