Subsequent Cyclescheme Agreement

Once a Cyclescheme agreement ends, can you start another one straight away?

Is there any limit to how many agreements you can enter into (given only one at a time)?

I believe you can only have one agreement running at a time, but can start another as soon as it end's, having said that some companies are a bit cheeky and will start the next scheme after 10 months to stop this happening. I suppose the goverment would argue, once you have one new bike why would you need another after only a year?
