Sunday no gp spoilers

Late night out in town and an early gp was hard work!

Finish this cuppa in the hot tub then try and get back to sleep, but doubtful

Unsure what today holds but could do with a long run as yesterdays was cut short as my mate wasn’t well

Local 5km race today, I’m doing the cycle lead again and then out on a short ride. Dinner out at parents later.

An opportunity to enjoy this morning's sunshine and blue skies before anyone else gets up presents itself.

Got an appointment with the smog later on so need to make the most of it, after I've finished this coffee.
