Sunday: Satan's snotfest slowly subsuming my Sabbath schedule

I hate being ill.

A day of coffee and actifed looms.

I was trying to work out what an 'actifed loom' was (is it something you make nice warm material on?). Hope you perk up soon.

I've had four 'meh' days, wondering if it was ticker-related, but meh-ness has abated today after a good night's sleep and the clever Kardia ECG monitor shows a normal sinus rhythm, so am going to do some very gentle trundling after lunch to meet a local friend for C&C and exchange of food & presents.
