Morning All,

Bright and early. So's the weather, though unsure if you can attribute a sense of time to the weather. It just "is".

Drugmerised sleep. i.e. didn't much and woke at 5.

Might actually get on a short bike ride with daughter today. Not wobbled outside since August! Hope my arse/butt/stoma survives.

Coffee first. Laters...

Morning

Brightish here outside, not so bright indoors. OH off with pals to cycle near the coast. Looks like another solo ride for me as all my riding buddies are off doing a local sportif.

Managed 3 hrs kip - so that puts me on 3 hrs since I woke up on Friday 🙄🤬

Luckily I’m away for a couple of weeks now so I can recover

Off to my parents today for Father’s Day and my dads birthday

Morning

Woke up at 4.30am. Took a wander downstairs to find a filleted mouse and a snoring cat.
Went back to be. Dunno why. Tossed and turned until I crashed at 6am ish.
Weather is pants.

Must have coffee...

Do have sandals but may be getting senile, still getting lower back pain gyps, still on the paracetamols, if this carries on much longer, guess need to call the meds.

The ooyahs mean won't be doing much at all... e.g. no 100 mile runs or such 😉

Morning
Just finishing 3rd coffee in an attempt to get rid of yesterdays airport lag. Mrs W is outside playing with our new recycling wheelie bins, the council seem to have delivered 2 extra ones. Later will be a bike ride.

Morning Slackers,

Late start for me after doing a Dad's tax job last night at 1am: junior went to a music festival in East London and just caught the last train back. So watched some 'F1: Drive To Survive' and that documentary about the Titan sub disaster on Netfli while I was waiting.

Now having brekkie and coffee. Slightly shorter than usual ride at lunchtime as riding mate is now recovered but a bit unfit.

Another perfect winter day, been a few of those in a row here, scheduled to end tomorrow, right about the time the roofing blokes turn up to pull up the sheets of iron.

Spent a few hours making sure everything is fairly organised, then got on the trainer bike late afternoon. Looks like I need a better fan in that room...

Windy (the weather, not me), one lesson done, charity car park duty later, followed by social catch up over coffee & cake at a local farm shop, plus the purchase of bits of animals (stewing steak, sausages, bacon offcuts, lambs' liver) to put in the freezer for subsequent bulk cookery efforts.

Last time I bought sausages there (their Toulouse sausages are the best I've tasted outside of France), they mentioned that they'd sold 3 tonnes of sausages that week. I think that's quite a lot of sausages.
