First Post Christmas bike ride - time to shift some lard. Headed over to a mates house in a bit for the kick off. Also gets me out the house while Mrs. 666 has an old friend round who I don't really know.

Later is undecided.

Morning from my sick bed, grandson's snotty cold has jumped ship onto me. Feeling crap, up all night so OH disappeared to the spare room. So im public enemy number 1 today. Last nights family wasn't to bad, apart from when I paid the bill, ouch. Tomorrow's bikeride with a mate is off as im not spreading the love if I can help it.

Couldn’t be arsed to get up for todays club, which might have been a mistake. Due to forecast now saying we are for cold frosty weather for the next week or so. Took Bertie for a walk on which he made friends with another dog with the result of one completely manic puppy. Fortunately he seems to have flaked out for the moment.

day of cat sitting and hospital visiting for mum who unfortunately has spent the last couple of weeks there, hoping to be out tomorrow

just had a reviving slab of panettone and coffee, now having another coffee, laze bubbly later

It's been cold but bright here which beats wind and rain any day of the week.
