Meh sun, normally love it and race well in it, but really suffered yesterday. Last 27 miles with cramp wasn’t fun 🤬 gobbling salt tablets like sweets.

Pack up van and head home as soon as the current wife wakes up. Hopefully pub based recovery will help

Morning
Out in a bit for club run, forecast is for a hot one. So I’m creamed up and smell rather delightful, I just hope the bugs of which there are many don’t think so as well.

Decent lie in done. Nice day again so must get the garden furniture out of the garage and onto the decking today. Currently pondering whether to ride late morning or afternoon while supping a coffee.

Morning all. Late start as waited up for young oxo to get back from his night out, mutt doesn't settle till he's back so easier to wait up. Family walk shortly then later I'll be out for evening gravel ride. Get the impression Mr TLW did silly distance again given his last 27 miles comment. Certainly not ideal weather for those running today, won't be to bad cycling though.

Lazy morning as it was a late night after playing in a concert last night, and I'm off to the cultural mecca of Axminster later to play in a big band concert for a belated VE Day Anniversary celebration. Tomorrow will be my belated weekend.

Showers have arrived here, but as I'm driving the old Almera to Axminster, I shan't have to don waterproofs.

Meanwhile, just checked my FB income from the Easter period... that'll do, to justify my claiming photographic stuff against tax.
