Dry day and pretty mild so a bike ride needs to be done. Got a few jobs to do then pack an overnight bag for a 2 day work conference tomorrow and Tuesday - it's in town but am staying over so can stay out late and have a few beers with our overseas visitors.

Missed the only dry bit of daylight in the morning, so have amused myself with forcing some new tyres onto the stupidly tight rims on the Ribble gravel bike (I've never had such a fight), and generally faffing around pretending not to do much (and actually doing less than that).

Thoughts for Loon from me too.
