Hi y'all.
Bit crisp and ... this morning. Lovely afternoon.Decided to take plunge today.Water is warm ..so far.
Appreciate a bit of info please.

Thinking of cycling in Camargue this year ( left of Marseilles,on Med, lots of bulls and rice so I'm told). Tourist guidebook says its always windy , too hot in summer and has lots of flies).
Map suggests its flat.Photos suggest it's an interesting area.

Any experiences of area much appreciated.

Good weekend to all.

Welcome!

If you ever find your way out of Marseille Airport (should you arrive there), head north to Provence, Mont Ventoux, some of the best countryside in the world for cycling, or anything else for that matter.

'Flat' and 'interesting area' is a contradiction in terms imho!

PS It's not just bulls, rice and flies; there's flamingoes too. You have been warned.

Hello Devon yer too! Camargue is flat and salty!! Look behind and you'll see some hills. Aix en Provence is a nice town to visit and there are some nice roads to ride on behind.
