TA Axix bottom bracket

My touring bb is starting to give a click every revolution, its an old version of the Axix line. The sealed bearings are locked in with screwed insets behind the bearings and the side has a double row of bearings. Old one and newer version, wonder if it's a tandem version, been in different bikes with triple chainsets over many years. Can't undo the inner locknuts to replace the bearings. No problem removing from bike, going out to Wheelcraft for some more tools.

Looks like the replacement TA BB comes with cups, not cheap.

It's fixed new bearing in non drive SIDE. £10 bearing is all it needed. A pro TA bb tool in a vice and a flat steel bar to fit in the slot to undo.
