I loaded a new video race DVD (Amstel Gold Race 2010 - the Netherlands) to my laptop, and inside the DVD cover, it advised I would be prompted to provide the license number from the inside of the cover during the installation process. The installation loaded, and gave me the option to finish and exit the set up wizard, but at no time, was the license number asked for.
I also can't find the app now to use it! All I can do is find the video and play it, but with no interaction from myself whatsoever
My trainer is set up correctly with the rest of the Imagic software & works fine.
Does anyone know why this might be. Could it be a problem with the software?
