Tagging - Receive an email when your username is mentioned

I've installed an add-on that allows you to receive an email when your username is tagged - @Shaun - for example.

Go to your user contact settings: http://www.cyclechat.net/account/contact-details

In the Messaging Preferences tick the box for Receive email when name is mentioned and then scroll down and click Save changes.
