Much the same here, tomorrow to be warmer. According to those that forecast such things.
Aah, more for spreading in the garden not eating. Wrong type of chips.
Can't you supervise, from the comfort of yer chair, in the shade.

Have you come back down to earth yet, after you finished re-staining.
Why'd you need a coat for re-staining the table. You'll cook wearing it.

Anything worth watching on the tube?

Dunno but its looking 'refreshed'
One light top up on the table top spars will do...
One more item to do..
Deckings and hut but they'll get wood type oily stuff.
Giving the deckings a good clean will be the worst part

Just waiting on youngest Toodle...
She can 'burn' herself out running about on what grass is left.

Yeah, a duffle coat was ideal.
Time is of the essence..must dash.

Good morning :hello:
Nice cloudy but warm start to the morning:cuppa:
They say a bowl (?) of water on yer windowsill today...
Owdo
Not so cloudy here, similar temp wise to yesterday. It did go an odd colour last night, indicating one hell of a downpour, but so far not a drop.
Is that akin to leaving a drink out for Santa? My grandparents wouldn't have done such a thing during a warm spell. You'd have been "inviting the rain" in doing that. What they lacked in 21st century skills, they certainly knew a load now forgotten that were equally valid.

Still looking "refreshed"?
Top up on the spars, not the table. Will you be without its use for long.
Only one, you were busy yesterday...
The woodstain not to your liking...
No powerwasher to help get the heavy stuff off, before recoating starts.

She might just burn if it gets as warm as they're making out. How'd the playhouse for them work out, if built...
Nah, she sounds too sensible to run about for no reason. She'd want someone chasing her...

Yer painting efforts were that good! Suppose it saved yer scrubbing it off yerself yesterday.
No dashing about in warmer than usual weather, take it slow n'steady. Like they're advising...

Not a fan of jet washing timber...
take a little longer doing wire brush,
the worst part is getting everything off the decking (s).

2 seat rocking thingy next to get re-stained, once the Toodles and sis are on their way home, I'll do it in stages..
I just used a sanding machine to lightly buff anything needed done, no use grinding into the wood..
Wood stain too dark for the shed, it has a nice washed out 'patina', I've got enough from last year to give it a coat...
Mrs M happy with small table so the seal of approval..

Out G/C'ing earlier, a short visit.
6 metres is open to EUR so hopefully a bagging logging extravaganza..

I was thinking more in terms of just removing mud that may have dried onto it from these last few weeks.
And the wire brush helps key the surface, ready for the next coat, no doubt.
Can't you just throw them on the grass. Or would that earn you a telling off...

Can you do part of the 2 seat rocking thingy(Technical term no doubt) re-stained whilst sitting in the other half. If you're planning on doing it in stages..
What type of sander?
You a fan of the washed out look... And are you still able to use what you've left from last year. Noticed there's a few with expiry/use by dates, which had me wondering.
More brownie points in the bank...

Were the quick visit also a painless one...
Is that a whole new list of contacts to be made and logged by yourself?

First time worked, or first time worked on a freq and mode, it can get compermaclated (I know).
No double bubble...
In the 20s today but Bob was busy, finishing off the table and first slobber over most of the 2 seater rocker, I'll let it dry overnight then catch the bits I never got then finish it off after tea tamorra. once the toodle twins depart.
Twa hot today pour moi....
even the odd ice lolly and cold drink never worked..
Roll on autumn...

I'll check the dates on the preservers etc..
Nice cold apple juice though...

I'll take your word on it possibly being compermaclated. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
No double bubble, did you get at least a few small ones?
Had a high of 27°C, shade temperature, here. Threats of rain(Five minute light shower) and thunderstorms never really happened.
Bob busy with the paint brush, you kept yerself hydrated and refreshed?
Yer off yer rocker and onto the decking...
Bits you missed. You missed bits, what'd The Boss have to say about that.
Set to be cooler the second half of this week. According to those there forecasters...
Ice lollies will only warm you up.
Autumn and cooler days, lets have a summer first.
What'll happen if the use by date is next year. Will it suddenly fall off yer fence, the fence rot. And all after yer hard work putting it on in the first place. That's what they couldn't answer in the store when I asked about the dates.
Yer apple juice all within date...
