Assuming its a genuine CREE XML-T6 and the charger doesn't catch fire on first use (as some Chinese ones apparently do) this looks like a bargain.

Same thing available on DX at same price but without batteries or charger

I've got one of these arriving this week. I know a colleague who has one and it's rediculously bright! So I have high hopes.
