I've no intention of changing my TN Solar 2.2 anytime soon, if I did I'd be looking for the same kind of features, though I'd be open to look at ways they could be done better.
Two porches and sleep across the door, I had no idea how much better this is until I tried it. Big doors, big enough for two people to sit side by side even if they don't know each other intimately. Easy access, not just big doors but also the right shape, I don't want to have to get on my knees to get in or out and some of use are not as young and flexible as we used to be! Plenty of inside storage, good ventilation, easy separation of inner and outer, a taut inner tent, even if that means pitch inner first, not such a problem with modern materials anyway. For me the worst camping experience is waking up with the fabric flapping in your face. The best thing about the Solar is the inner is tight even when badly pitched. And of course size and weight, for a tent I was going to carry on my own around 2kg is enough, it would also be nice to have poles no longer than a rear rack, though that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me.
