Its about that time to up the km to keep the kg decrease moving along. This morning I added on 10km to the inbound to bring it up to 40km and the elevation gain up to 782m. With the 15km back home I'll have a nice 55km a day. Only managed 22.5kph over the 40km, though. I've decided to work on cadence for the coming year and hold off on a road bike hoping that Trek will release a disc road bike for 2014.

The My Tracks route can be found here. And now that I have a Contour Roam I was able to put together a short YouTube video.

you dont have to wiat for disks - if you get a CX there now getting very common with disks and as i heard ( i only own a roadie) they are a great bike to commute on as there are 95% as fast as roadies with space for mudguards and panniers.

Looks like your commute is basically covering the whole island.
What do you do for a living may one ask?

I'm employed by a finance company here liaising between the business and IT sides. Its interesting work; a bit quanty but, unfortunately, not rigorous.
