Bolton Council seem to have got their act together with regards to the TFGM Beelines Project and have proposed a few town centre upgrades.
There are some plans and a quick survey on the clunky Commonplace.is website...

I of course have my own views but i'll let you make your own minds up.
For those of you who know it they are also in the middle of re-doing the Trinity Street/Newport Street Junction into a cyclops junction.

I cant get my head around it and cant see why would ride all around the outside crossing more roads to turn right rather than just using the right hand turn lane.
