Just a quick note to say thank you to all those who posted their condolences and wishes recently. We're coping well. Every day is a little better, every day is different. Life seems quite odd now as we cannot simply get back into the old routine. We are now establishing new routines. But I have a very supportive wife - and family and friends - and together we are coping well.

Glad to hear you are coping well B&B, a good network of supportive friends and family is essential in these times. Finding new routines is very difficult and you will find small details that may have been insignificant a few months ago affect you hugely over the next little while.

The important thing is (or at least it's what my wife keeps telling me) is to keep communicating your feelings any way you can and talk about her at every opportunity, something I still struggle with but it has gotten easier.

And get on the bike out into the country as much as possible... it has helped me come to terms with and deal with the loss no end.

My thoughts are with you as always, take care.
