We've been lucky in Southampton with the snow, just a fine layer, nothing too much to worry about.
But this mornings ride in was hard, freezing cold head wind.
It knocked the stuffing out of me. 7.5 miles seemed like 20 miles.
Can't wait for the ride home !!

Was on the Isle of Wight in the van yesterday. Rolled of the ferry at half past four into the Southampton rush hour, it was madder than a box of frogs. And it was like that up the M3,A34,M40 and all the way into Coventry. Parked the van in the machine shop, got on my bike to ride home and found myself pedalling very slowly into a very stiff headwind, just what I wanted at seven o'clock at night after a twelve hour shift.
