11 yesterday morning, a month since BT/Plusnet incompetence first left us with no internet, stranded from CycleChat, Facebook, iPlayer, videos of cats doing the funniest things, well, let's face it, all known civilisation, my eldest runs into the room, literally skipping for joy (a rarity): 'The Internet's back! It's back! We're online!' (Disappearing upstairs.....): 'It's the best Christmas present ever!'
