Seafood... Prawns, tuna, anchovies, cockles, muscles, the whole lot. Not that I can ever have it as the wife detests seafood pizzas.
One of the joys of a good pizza is you can have separate ones surely?
You could have a pizza with every type of seafood in existance while your wife has a ham and pineapple with a hotdog crust (or whatever takes her fancy)

Being pretentious, the best pizza I had was at Paestum (amazing Greek/Roman archaeological site) in the heart of mozzarella producing country.
We had a pizza with just a very thin base, covered in super fresh mozzarella and seasoning only. Cooked in a proper old pizza oven. No tomato sauce.
Then fresh cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil liberally sprinkled on while warm just before serving. Flipping delicious it was
