This is a mostly rural hilly 100 miler from Honiton through remote Devon & Somerset countryside. There are two controls with food available. Food and drink at the finish is included.

Honiton is accessible by train from Waterloo or via Exeter. We're not far from the M5 and the A303/A30.

16 riders set off at 0830 this morning. As far as I know all got to Witheridge, the first control. Seven have reached Combwich, second and final control, one has packed there with mechanical trouble. Combwich closes at 1630.
I'm at the finish which opened at 1408. The stew's in the oven.
We seem to have the best weather so far this year, even a touch of real sunshine.
