The perils of assuming you know what you're doing

I've managed to turn my 3 speed Sram Dualdrive hub on my Birdy into a single speed and 2 very effective brakes whilst changing the cassette.

it all looks right inside, the bearings are in place etc, no idea what I've managed to do to it & its not the first cassette change I've done on it.

hey ho, off to the LBS I go.
