Yeah i read that yesterday, although it appears not to be a helmet camera, unless he can get his head like super low down.

I don't know if this guy went to the papers first, but if he did, that is pretty silly. Why not report it to the police and see what action they take and then go to the papers.

He has gone to a red top rag before complaining to the Police, wrong order, Police first and let them look into it before going to the press.

I wouldn't worry too much. Their esteemed commentators have made up for the lack of "we pays our Road Tax, innit".

After reading some of the well informed and non-bigoted comments it does make you wonder why a cyclist would take their story to such an appropriate publication.

+1 My camera foreshortens the image, so if their does the cop car was well clear, its hard to tell but it looked like he had to do no more than cover the brakes and ease of the pedals

I'd say it was fine if the police car could see that it was clear round the corner. Had there been any reason for them to stop suddenly the cylist would have had nowhere to go. Piss poor driving.

Daily Wail posts pro-cycling story??? After I picked myself up off the floor I realised they did this for two reasons:

1. It has a go at Police 'bad behaviour'
2. They knew it would whip up the anti-cycling brigade.
