I'm not big on Dawn chorus's...when my Grandad died they played a recording of the dawn chorus, it was always somethng he liked, but to me it always reminds me that day.

I remember my old Practical Radio magazine describing how to build VLF receivers...picture of a bird on a telegraph wire...it was possible to hear this stuff!
