A briefly saw a newspaper headline while I visited the newsagent for a pint, milk that is, this morning.

The headline stated we are due for a very cold spell soon, no idea which paper and no idea what information the headline is based on.

My son has got a 20 mile sponsored ride on the Middlewood Way coming up, and if it doesn't dry up, I'll be chipping the concrete type shale off his bike for weeks.
