I thought it was going to descend into a farce when the first caller quoted brought up road tax, but Rob Hayles very quickly put them right. It was a bit of a non starter, unfortunately.

He did however say that no-one pays "road tax"as it doesn't exist & went onto give it its correct name. Also the fact that some cyclists have insurance through various cycling organisations or the fact that your car insurance may cover you when on your bike.
