This is bad news....

I think it's a warning I should heed. I've abused my liver for too long now.I did find myself wondering whether the new ''guidelines'' would leave people briefly considering life on 14 units a week and then, in the ''Keep calm and Carry On'' tradition, simply forget about it. And then I had a beer....
Forget the wagon, it's the crazy train for meOk so there is no safe limit right ?
Carry on and drink then![]()
This is where I was having difficulty. If the damage is already done, if the healthy limit is so far below the habitual limit, there's little incentive for stopping or following the guidelines, @Piemaster and @Hill Wimp seem to be following a similar logic. As such, it seems counterproductive. It's being framed as almost always being a risk, just like going out of your front door of a morning or, heaven forfend, risking a pedal on a Brompton.I think it's a warning I should heed.
