I had to pick three of my grandsons up from school this afternoon. My folder was in the back of my car which was In the garage. Mr WD went into the garage, opened up the back of my car, and instead of just taking my bike out, he undid the seat clip and pulled the whole stem and seat off my bike.

I couldn't believe what I saw when I went Into the garage and saw my bike in two pieces. It took me ages to get the seat just right.

Has anyone ever done anything stupid to your bike. Something completely unexpected and unwanted? Something that left you gobsmacked?

I was gobsmacked. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, and he couldn't see that he had done anything wrong. You can tell he doesn't cycle.

The only thing that saved him was the fact that I had to pick the kids up, and the damage was done and there was nothing I could do about it.
