They tried it with some American locomotives, and they failed.

^_^ I'm too old to know or care. Kids LONG past that stage.

I'm just struggling with, but enjoying, the idea that the DM is ... almost sending itself and its readership up. :hyper:
The Thomas The Tank Engine toy market is huge. Chuggington is a spin off from it using some of the characters they couldn't use. As you can see they don't all come cheap.

Pure filth, Percy and the troublesome trucks pulling a train in deed. It's as bad as the My Little Pony film I got from the DVD seller in the pub. No wonder they don't come cheap.

It's significant that the books were written by the REVEREND Wilbert Awdry, quite plainly a typical Christian Marxist with all those subversive notions of charity, tolerance and forgiveness. The books were obviously written to undermine the British way of life and make our children fall prey to the European Marxist Comissars and their Christian Democratic Parties and Christian Socialist Parties. Allow your children to read these books at your peril and see your children spouting Christian Marxist, Maoist, Trotskyite dogma before your very eyes
