Feeling below par, last nights long run, racing with a pal through a tight forest section managed to drop my foot into a badgers set. Hit the floor like a drunk, no real damage other than cuts / bruises and feel like I’ve been beaten up 🙄

Work snizzle with lots of meetings, hopefully a chilled run with friends later and potentially the pub

Bit murky here in London town, got to work before it was properly light. And it still isn't, so not sure why I've bagged a window seat in the office.

Stupidity levels are normal and a spot of arris kicking may need to be done shortly.

I need a new desk driving seating area. No doubt SG will have some outlandish reccomendations from his googling, but are any of the standard offerings any good?

The fabric has worn out on mine and I keep sinking below the level of my desk.

It did look like a bucket seat if that helps.
