Thoughts on Cycling Mikey

I've seen a few videos on the internet of YouTubers calling him the most hated man in Britain and other videos saying he rides like a BMW driver.

To be fair I do think he does put himself in some dangerous positions, probably to get a reaction/ content. I think he could position himself so some of these incidents won't happen.

But I don't think his a bad guy.

What do other people think of him?

He was very active on this forum a good few years back.
We were also near neighbours so I bumped into him on a very regular basis, rode with him a good few times and found him to a very friendly, nice guy.
Mikey does what he does and he has his own personal reasons. As far as I am concerned he's doing us all a favour. Bad driving and mobile phone use whilst driving is at epidemic proportions. So more power to him and his ilk bringing people to account.

Met him briefly, he's a good guy. The abuse he gets is entirely unwarranted.

I think if you want to pretend to be a full time law enforcer. You should sign up to be a police officer. I am suprised he has not been in hospital more time than he has. He tries to get everyone prosecuted. Even police officers give out warnings and education.

I have no issue with him taking videos and reporting to the police. I think that is very good.

But I don't like the way he confronts people and blocks them off. That is turning into vigilanteism.
